'Full House' Stars Reunite to Honor Bob Saget’s Legacy at Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine
The beloved stars of the iconic 90s sitcom Full House—Candace Cameron Bure, Lori Loughlin, John Stamos, and Jodie Sweetin—lit up the red carpet at the Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine event on Tuesday, October 29, in Los Angeles.
This special gathering was in honor of their late friend and co-star, Bob Saget, whose memory continues to inspire the cast and fans alike.
The event marked the first time the group had reunited in two years. In a series of heartwarming photos, fans were treated to the joy and camaraderie that has kept this cast close for decades. One memorable shot captured Loughlin embracing Bure in a playful bear hug, while another showcased the entire group—Stamos, Bure, Sweetin, and Loughlin—all beaming together for the cameras.
Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine, an annual benefit supporting the Scleroderma Research Foundation, presented the Bob Saget Legacy Award in recognition of Saget’s tireless dedication to scleroderma research. The award, introduced last year, honors Saget’s enduring commitment to raising awareness about the autoimmune disease that claimed the life of his sister in 1994. Over his lifetime, Saget played a pivotal role in advocating for the foundation, co-hosting this impactful event for more than 25 years and taking on the role of event chair in 2003.
This year, renowned musicians John Mayer and Jeff Ross were honored with the Bob Saget Legacy Award for their years of collaboration with Saget in raising funds and spreading awareness for scleroderma research, ABC reported. Their friendship and shared commitment with Saget to the cause highlighted the lasting impact of his legacy.
The event brought back memories of the Full House family, a cast whose deep bond has endured well beyond the show’s finale in 1995. Last year, the stars came together at Sweetin’s wedding, celebrating with each other as they have done at significant milestones since the show’s conclusion.
